The situation

Bookings ran on phone calls and texts.

Michael Delaney runs C2J Auto Spa, a mobile detailing operation serving luxury and performance vehicles in northern New Jersey. He was running bookings through phone calls and texts. We built him the software the business runs on: customers book online, the schedule keeps itself, and Michael edits the whole site and catalogue from an admin console on his phone.

What we built

Delivered capabilities

  • Online booking with real availability and service selection
  • A 19-service catalogue from $75 to $1,299, priced and edited by the owner
  • Booking rules enforced in the software — one main service per booking, four-tier vehicle pricing
  • Double-booking prevented by a database transaction, not by hope
  • A versioned liability waiver stamped onto every booking record
  • Google Calendar sync with downloadable .ics invites
  • Customer portal for booking history and rebooking

This is the half a template cannot give you. The public site is the part customers see; the console is the part the business is actually run from.

  1. 01 · The front door

    Customers book themselves in.

Real availability, real prices, one main service per booking. The phone stops being the booking system.

  2. 02 · The catalogue

Priced and edited by the owner.

Every service, price and duration is Michael's to change from his phone. No ticket to us, no redeploy.

  3. 03 · The back office

    Eighteen screens, from a phone.

Customers, financials, calendar, marketing, reviews, portfolio, waivers. The whole operation, not a settings page.

    Shipping since launch.

A database transaction stops double-booking. A versioned liability waiver is stamped on every record. It has been running since the day it went up.

C2J is one business, one set of problems. Yours will be different. Half an hour on the phone is usually enough to say what we would build and what it would take.
